Known as the Sexual Harassment Guru, Julie Still-Rolin, M.A., is a Pensacola, Florida based writer, speaker, and organizational trainer who specializes in Sexual Harassment Prevention nationwide. Julie believes that the road to success is paved by helping everyone understand this issue, Especially the guys. In her experience, she did not want to sue or even bring forth a claim.

She simply wanted to know how to respond properly. After all, she had worked hard to earn her position and was not ready to lose it. Unfortunately, she was not given the tools and preparation for doing this. So, she created tools for organizations to handle sexual harassment internally and effectively in hopes of preventing this epidemic from continuing.
