Joe Mull, M.Ed, CSP speaks and writes about commitment in the workplace and is known for the #bossbetter movement. Joe’s keynote programs combine humor and energy with evidence-based strategies for employee engagement, leadership, management, teamwork, and workforce retention. The four words audiences use over and over to describe his programs are energy, substance, takeaways, and funny. He is the author of two books No More Team Drama and Cure for the Common Leader and is host of the popular Boss Better Now podcast. He previously managed training at one of the largest and highest ranked healthcare systems in the U.S. Joe resides outside of Pittsburgh, PA with his wife, 3 children, and a Dalmatian named Flash.
