Workshop Wisdom: Building Community through Engaging Experiences

Jodi Womack understands the challenges faced by her clients, recognizing that for busy, hardworking people their responsibilities don’t end when they leave the office.

She creates interactive journeys into the heart of Emotional Intelligence, collaboration, and mindful leadership—a blend of experiential learning and evidence-based strategies to equip individuals with the skills to navigate both their professional and personal lives with greater ease and effectiveness.

Beyond her coaching and speaking, Jodi spearheads research, driving initiatives at WomenInTraining.org to alleviate Period Poverty and volunteers with WriteGirl.org to empower the next generation through education. Her personal life as a caregiver gives her firsthand understanding of the delicate dance between giving and self-care.

In 2007, she founded her company, bringing innovative coaching methods and strategies to a worldwide audience. Additionally, she is the co-author of “Get Momentum” (Wiley, 2016), a book that guides readers through the process of creating momentum in their personal and professional lives.

With a master’s degree in psychology focused on leadership and board certification in coaching, coupled with being a Certified Professional Innovator from the University of Michigan, Jodi’s educational background supports her practical, engaging, straightforward advice. Her goal is to help busy professionals find fulfillment and success.

Jodi embodies the spirit of compassionate leadership, inspiring individuals and teams to navigate life’s complexities with greater empathy and effectiveness.
